Our return service applies in two scenarios:

1. Returns for personal reasons: Considering the weight and hazardous nature of our batteries, return shipments incur shipping fees both ways: shipping the battery to you and returning it to us. This also carries a risk of damage during transit with UPS. To streamline the process and minimize costs, we provide a pre-paid label for returning the battery, which typically costs less than arranging shipping independently. Upon UPS receiving the package, we will issue a partial refund for your order. The initial shipping fee (from us to you) is covered by us, while the return shipping fee is deducted from the refund. If there's no response to this email within 48 hours, we'll automatically send a pre-paid label.

2. Returns for product issues: If the battery malfunctions despite following the manual's instructions: (1) We'll analyze the issue within 24 hours and suggest solutions to restore functionality and optimize usage. (2) Upon confirmation of a genuine product problem following thorough testing, we'll provide a pre-paid label for returning the defective battery to our US warehouse. Once received, we'll dispatch a new battery replacement. Our technical team will examine the defective battery to diagnose the issue.

Please refrain from connecting our 48V LiFePO4 solar batteries in series. PPGlob's 48V solar battery supports up to 4 identical batteries connected in parallel, resulting in a maximum battery bank capacity of 48V 400Ah.
