Features for 102535 li ion lithium polymer:

The polymer battery comes equipped with a PCM (protection board) to prevent overcharging, overdischarging, and short circuits. It supports a 5.0C discharge rate with a current of 4A.

During assembly into the final device, double-sided adhesive tape should be used to secure it. Please also consider a possible swelling of up to 8%, so allow for a battery thickness of 10.8mm (10mm * 1.08).

This battery is suitable for electronic beauty instruments, smart wearable devices, GPS trackers, Bluetooth earphones, and other consumer electronics. We can provide JST, Molex, and other female connectors for integration with main devices.

We offer a 1-year warranty with 500 cycles (at 25℃, 0.5C rate, 80% DOD). Please send us an inquiry to discuss the details.

FAQ

Frequently Ask Questions

The mostly asked questions about lithium polymer battery.

Typically, the nominal voltage of a li-polymer battery is 3.7V, with an upper voltage limit of 4.2V and a lower limit of 3V. However, 3.8V is also considered high voltage, and charging at this level can be more efficient.

There are several differences between them. The rated voltage of the first one is 3.7V, while an AA battery has a rated voltage of 1.5V. The typical operating voltage of the first one is around 3.7V, whereas the average voltage of an AA battery is 1.5V. Lastly, their sizes vary: AA batteries have a fixed size, whereas polymer batteries can be square or round.

3.7V is nominal voltage of lithium battery. Its charging voltage is generally 4.2V, and its discharge cut-off voltage is 3.0V.

We suggest a standard charging current of 0.2C, which equals 0.16A. However, it can also handle a charge rate of 1C, which is equivalent to 0.8A.
